The veritable Busuioacă variety is as rare as amber, whose colour is gradually borrowing with the passing of time. A strong, reinvigorating wine, flavoured with sweet basil with a honeycomb and candied fruits sweetness dressing.

It adapts very well to spicy dishes whose flavours can confront the persistence and character of this wine. Served chilled, the acidity of the rosé wine is stronger and the taste becomes lighter and fresher.
